The Canossian Sisters extend a warm welcome to visitors to Rome who need simple but well located accommodation in a clean, safe and friendly environment. The guest house is named after Sudanese saint, Mother Josephine Bakhita (1869 - 1947), a victim of kidnapping and slavery before entering the religious order, the Canossian Daughters of Charity.
The guest rooms at Casa Bakhita are of single, twin and triple configuration and all have a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is standard in all rooms..The house is well set up for meetings and conventions of all kinds and pilgrims/travellers looking to take part in spiritual exercises are well catered for by the nuns.
