Clean and comfortable place for a group stay. We were attending the Pontifical University and found this type of accommodation suitable for our needs in every way.
Casa Seraphicum is a recently renovated property owned by Franciscan Fathers, and managed by a team of lay staff. The property is well located in the upmarket EUR district, close to the Pontifical University of St Bonaventure. The university/college was founded in Rome in 1587 by Pope Sixtus V. In 1964 the institution was moved to its present location in the Via Serafico.
The large grounds allow for on site visitor parking, and a sense of spaciousness can be felt throughout complex. The building is maintained to a high standard and some guest rooms overlook shady, park-like grounds. With a number of well equipped conference rooms and a large, auditorium the house lends itself to accommodating groups. However, individual travellers, couples and families will find a welcoming, friendly, clean and safe home away from home, providing excellent value for money.
A variety of transport options nearby allow quick and easy access into the centre of the historical city.
